Life Skills -The Perfect Program for a Well-Behaved Family Dog & the essential training skills for any dog sport
STARTING: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18th

This new course is in modular format for extra convenience and flexibility.
What does modular mean?
It means:
-You can start anytime: no need to wait for weeks for the next course to start, come to the orientation and then you can start booking your preferred time slots
-More value for your money: the core of the program is 6 sessions but you can come up to 8 times
-You have 60 days from enrolment to finish the program: it is OK if you miss a class a week or two
- Your schedule determines when you come for your sessions: our on-line booking system allows you to choose from several time slots every week
-You will get a lot of individual attention
Who is this program for?
- Any dog older than 4 months with up-to-date vaccinations can attend.
- If you want your dog to be a well-behaved family member, who walks politely on leash, knows the basic behaviors you want him to, has self-control, comes when called and who enjoys being with you, this is the program for you.
- If you are planning to do any dog sport with your dog -obedience, rally, agility, flyball etc- this is the program for you. You will learn the essential foundation skills that are the building blocks for good performance: only with good training skills can you train your dog for success.
What will my dog and I learn? The foundations skills that we cover are:
POLITE WALKING
SETTLE ON A MAT
TARGETING -the basis for MANY behaviors
SACRED RECALL -your dog actually WILL come when you call him
MINE/TAKE IT -leave food/objects, great way to teach self-control
PLAY TUG
SIT & DOWN
CAPTURING AND SHAPING -you will become a skilled trainer capable of training your dog new behaviors
